# Minds Vary

> Minds Vary is an educational publication about mental health, neurodiversity, memory and everyday wellbeing, available in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

Articles explain ADHD, autism, anxiety and OCD, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, and memory and brain health. They include practical examples, sources and limits of the available evidence.

Content is general education, not diagnosis, treatment, crisis care or a substitute for a qualified professional. Personality-type guides are tools for reflection, not clinical assessments. Vitaly Chopik is the editorial author; authorship does not imply clinical credentials or medical review. See the editorial and medical-review policies for the current process.
